They are then able to go on line into their area to purchase services, merchandise etc. Their account has a running total and then when payment is made either direct to your bank or your to desktop via secure email using credit cards. After payment is made they recieve the goods or services notification together with any contracts or etc., that need to be sent. Reports of a varying nature are available. Plenty more..
